Your Path to Recovery
This space is all about the side of sports that people don’t always see. I’m using this blog to talk about injury recovery, confidence, and mental health in college athletics. I’ve been through it myself, and I know that healing from a major injury like an ACL tear isn’t just about the physical part. It’s about trusting your body again, finding your motivation, and feeling like yourself on the field.
My goal is to help athletes, coaches, and trainers realize how much the mental side matters during recovery. If you’ve ever had an injury that took away your confidence or made you question if you would ever get back to your sport, this space is for you.
